Meet Amanda
I’m Colorado native with a lifelong love of music, mountains, and strong coffee (which may explain my logo (part guitar, part coffee mug). I’ve been playing guitar since 2005 and teaching since 2008, helping musicians grow from hesitant beginners to confident, expressive players.
Performer & Worship Leader
I currently serve as the Worship Minister at Fathom Church, where I’ve led since 2019. Over the years, I’ve performed with various bands, written original songs, and cultivated a passion for helping others bring authenticity and artistry to their performances, whether on stage or in a small room of friends.
Educator & Coach
With a Music Degree from Colorado Mesa University (Magna Cum Laude) and deep roots in both education and performance, my coaching blends solid technique with personal creativity. I focus on helping adults and serious teens build confidence, clarity, and musical fluency in a supportive, boutique coaching environment.
Brain-Based & Joy-Focused
I’m fascinated by how the brain learns music and how we can use neuroscience-based strategies to build stronger habits, reduce performance anxiety, and make learning guitar more effective and enjoyable. My goal is simple: to help you rediscover the joy of making music and feel confident every time you pick up your instrument.
